From account to finished report -
step by step.
This guide walks you through the full flow: registration, company creation, organisation setup, module selection and reporting. You can also use F1 help on each page for context-sensitive explanation.
1

- Enter email and password (or use Google/Microsoft).
- Confirm your email - you are automatically signed into Compliance.

2
Create your company
After login you land on your private dashboard. Click "Create company" to start company creation in the lexico master.
- Enter the organisation number (9 digits for Norwegian companies).
- Name, industry (NACE) and address are pulled automatically from the registry.
- You become company admin and can manage the whole group (parent, subsidiary, departments).
- If the company already exists you can request access from the existing admin.
3
Build organisation and invite team
Under the Company menu you can build the group structure, invite employees and assign company roles. Roles are additive - one person can hold several roles at once.
- Group & structure: add subsidiaries, departments and locations.
- Team: invite employees via email (they sign in via lexico SSO).
- Roles & access: assign Admin, TeamLead, Employee or module owner.
4
Choose and activate modules
Under Subscription you activate the frameworks your company needs. Each module is billed separately and can be used independently.
- CSRD/ESRS: double materiality, 1,144 data points, ESEF/XBRL export.
- 13 other frameworks: AI Act, DORA, NIS2, CRA, CSDDD, EUDR, SFDR, VSME ...
- Choose reporting period (fiscal year) and module owner per module.
5
Invite auditor and submit report
When data collection is complete you invite the auditor (read-only + comments). After sign-off, PDF and ESEF/XBRL are generated for submission to authorities.
